You only need to follow the simple instructions which are provided with the recipes to be able to serve up a tasty risotto of excellent quality. All risottos are made with super-fine Carnaroli rice with the addition of dehydrated vegetables and vegetable stock. Cooking time is 13-15 minutes and each sachet provides 2-3 portions.
