Our Panettone is a sweet, naturally leavened oven-baked product, made using our traditional recipe and free from genetically modified ingredients.
Ingredients
wheat flour - raisins 15.6% - candied orange peels 12.2% (orange peels - glucose-fructose syrup - sugar - acidity regulator: citric acid) - butter - fresh egg* yolk 8.2% - sugar - natural yeast (wheat flour - water) - fresh pasteurized milk 4.2% - emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids - salt - natural flavourings.
May contain tree nuts, soya and mustard.
Store in a cool and dry place.
