Our Panettone is a naturally leavened baked sweet product, prepared according to the traditional recipe, with the exclusive use of non-genetically modified ingredients. Available in 500g, 750g and 1000g formats.
Ingredients:
wheat flour – sultanas 15,5% – candied orange peels 12% (orange peels – glucose-fructose syrup – sugar – acidity regulator: citric acid) – butter – fresh egg yolk* 7,8% – sugar – natural yeast 7,5% (wheat flour – water) – high quality pasteurized fresh milk 4% – emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids – salt – natural flavours.
