    A soft core with a thin crust, a mild and sour taste, and a milky to nutty flavor 

  • Production

    Made in Campania, Italy, using a traditional recipe that involves adding rennet to the milk, cutting the curd, and dipping it in hot water 

  • Protected designation of origin (PDO)

    Since 1996, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana has been a PDO product, which means it can only be produced in certain regions of Italy using a traditional recipe 

  • Storage

    To preserve its quality, it's best to keep Mozzarella di Bufala Campana in brine. To fully appreciate its flavor, you can soak the unopened bag in warm water before eating it. 

  • Serving

    For best results, serve Mozzarella di Bufala Campana at room temperature, as refrigeration can mask its flavor and texture
