The "TAU CERAMICS" special edition packaged in ceramic bottles consists of three lines of 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil obtained from different cultivars that characterize the Italian territory. Their name is inspired by the "Canticle of the Creatures" of St. Francis of Assisi, hence their names: Friar Sole the black bottle; Il Pellegrino, the brown bottle; Sister Luna for the white bottle. On each bottle there is a necklace with a pendant made with Tau-shaped olive wood.
