This product is obtained from carefully selected Artichokes. The hard outer leaves and stem are removed and the remaining part is cut into Quarters and preserved in sunflower seed oil. This product is so versatile that it is perfect as a side dish, as a filling for savoury pies and for garnishing pizzas.
